A snapshot of some of my work in higher education, where my UX skills are used to create thoughtful user experiences.
With over 20 years in higher education, I currently coordinate web strategy, content strategy, accessibility, and usability best practices at the institutional level of a Research-1 public university. I perform initial user testing to help define and understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations, as well as lead large, content-rich UX web and application development projects while meeting the needs of diverse audiences in higher education.
